Licensed civil wedding ceremony

The Priory is a specialty wedding venue in Hertfordshire and has a range of beautiful rooms licensed to conduct a civil wedding ceremony for up to 90 people. For your wedding reception venue the Priory Park Marquee can seat a maximum of 200 people for the wedding breakfast and up to 350 for an evening finger buffet. Within The Priory the luxurious Delme Room can seat 80 guests and we can then accommodate up to 200 for the evening buffet with entertainment in the magnificent Atrium.

At The Priory we have created a choice of menus to reflect creative and mouth watering dishes, combining the freshest of ingredients, a passion for food and a wealth of experience. We aim to make your time with us a memorable occasion. Choosing a menu, which will suit all tastes is no easy feat, therefore we are here to help answer any concerns you may have. Due to an increased demand nowadays, for menus which suit special diets we are able to cater for all types of groups for example Lacto, Ovo, Vegan, Celiac.

We can also design a menu which may include your favourite dishes. Prior to the event the Head Chef will be delighted to meet with you and talk through the chosen menu. Please find menus below.

Whatever your preference the team at The Priory will ensure your special day is truly memorable. Every detail is thought of from the Bride and Groom's room on the first night to the services or the Marquee Host or Duty Manager as Master of Ceremonies.
